These conditions establish the legal framework under which Ordine Vizuală (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") offers users (hereinafter referred to as "User") services for organizing, managing, and optimizing visual files, including photographs, illustrations, and other graphic materials.
Services include indexing, tagging, quick search, and archiving tools, intended exclusively for personal or professional use, depending on the plan chosen by the User.
The User has the right to access and use the platform in accordance with the purchased plan, to upload their own visual files, and to benefit from technical support according to the contractual terms.
The User undertakes not to upload illegal content that infringes copyright, privacy rights, or other legal regulations. Additionally, the User is responsible for the security of their account and for all actions performed under it.
The Provider undertakes to ensure the proper functioning of the platform, maintain the confidentiality of User data, and notify any changes to the terms at least 30 days in advance. The Provider reserves the right to suspend access in case of a serious breach of the conditions.
The Provider is not liable for indirect losses, moral damages, or business interruptions caused by the User's improper use of the platform.
The Provider's total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount of the subscription paid by the User in the last 12 months.
The Provider does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free but will make reasonable efforts to remedy any technical issue within 48 hours of notification.
The User may terminate the use of services at any time by deleting their account from the platform settings. Upon termination, all personal data and uploaded files will be deleted within 30 days, in accordance with the privacy policy.
The Provider may unilaterally terminate the contract in case of repeated non-payment, serious breach of terms, or illegal activity, with a prior notice of 14 days.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms of use. Any modification will be communicated to the User via email at the address associated with the account, at least 30 days before the effective date.
If the User does not agree with the new conditions, they may terminate the use of services before the effective date, without penalty.
